Office Hours

Monday:  8am - 6pm

Wednesday:  1pm - 6pm

Thursday: 10am - 2pm

Friday: 9am - 12pm 

With advanced booking, some off-hours may be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy: Please make changes to your Chiropractic appointments with at least 6 hours notice. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 6 hours notice will result in a $20 Late Cancellation Fee. Missed appointments without prior cancellation will result in a $35 No Show Fee.

Rates

Initial Evaluation (new patients) : $115

Pediatric Initial Evaluation (children under 18) : $85

Chiropractic Treatment : $70

Pediatric Chiropractic Treatment : $50

Review and Update (existing patients) : $85

We are out-of-network and are happy to provide an itemized statement upon request for the patient to submit to their insurance company.  Once the out-of-network deductible is met, the insurance company will begin direct reimbursement of any benefits to the patient.
