Megaformer Fitness

The Lagree Method combines resistance training and cardio into one comprehensive, balanced system to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body. By focusing on form over intensity we can focus on isolating and stimulating each muscle group. Varying degrees of spring-based tension allow the Lagree Method to adapt to each individuals fitness needs. Because of the gentle, low-impact approach, Lagree method is safe and effective for all ages and stages of fitness, as well as during injury rehab and even pregnancy.

In order to keep our clients and equipment safe and sanitary, and in accordance with county health code, clients MUST wear grip tread socks and fitness gloves are recommended.

  • Please refrain from wearing heavy perfume, lotions, and oils

  • Please remove jewelry in order to protect our machines

  • Please turn off cell phones when in studio

  • Trainers continuously sterilize the studio in between classes

  • Clients will be provided with wipes for cleaning of machines before and after each use

  • Hand Sanitizer is available throughout the studio and hand washing is recommended before and after your class

  • Clients must have SIGNED Waiver and Release completed prior to participating

  • Members who are ill, experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms, or caring for someone who is sick are requested to inform the studio so that we may put your account on a courtesy hold

For NEW MEMBERS, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first class, so we can introduce you to the studio and the machine.

Cancellation Policy: Out of respect for other members and our trainers, we require at least 6 hours notice for Megaformer Class cancellations. Cancellation of classes with less than 6 hours notice will result in loss of that class. Un-booked classes or classes with only one enrolled member within 3 hours of start time may be subject to removal from the schedule.  It is ALWAYS recommended to check the schedule and/or notify the studio before last minute sign ups to be sure space is available in your desired class time.  Your trainer will notify you of any schedule changes that may need to be made to any classes in which you are currently enrolled.  Drop-ins are NOT recommended and may not be accommodated due to restrictions of space or availability.  


Class rates

Contracts: 3-month contract required. Membership will bill automatically each month for 3 consecutive months. Classes are valid for one calendar month. No interruptions to billing or membership is permitted during contracted period.
