The Lagree Method
From its original development until today, Lagree Fitness has set itself apart from every other form of exercise. The Lagree Method calls upon tried and proven bodybuilding training techniques. The union of these bodybuilding techniques and low-impact movement, which is fundamental to Lagree Fitness, produces rapid results. Lagree Fitness is a unique form of exercise because it is fundamentally based on the following: Effective Form, Effective Range of Motion, Effective Tempo, Effective Duration, Effective Sequence, Effective Transition, Effective Tension, and Effective Plane of Motion.

The Lagree Method: Science-Driven and Purpose-Built
The Lagree Method is based on the Magic 10 principles, with individual workouts varying in intensity in order to force physical changes known as positive adaptation.
Lagree Fitness is an isokinetic workout specifically developed to strengthen, tighten and tone muscle effectively and efficiently without any excess stress on joints, connective tissue or the spine. It is taught at an extremely slow and steady speed that uses at least four counts to move the Megaformer’s carriage out and at least four counts to move the carriage in. The goal is to decrease the speed progressively as you come to classes. For reference, a four-count speed represents 20 seconds to complete one repetition. A count of 16 represents two minutes to complete one repetition!
