We Do Hard Things
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about why I love Lagree. And honestly? It’s hard. Like, really hard.
There’s no way around it. The Megaformer doesn’t lie. Every class challenges your strength, your endurance and your focus. You’ll sweat. You’ll shake. You’ll ask yourself why you signed up halfway through. And then, somewhere in the middle of all that effort, you’ll surprise yourself.
Because that’s what happens when you do hard things. Physically, your body changes. Muscles get stronger, your core stabilizes, your posture improves. You feel taller, lighter, more capable. And that strength? It doesn’t just stay in the studio.
Mentally, it’s even bigger. Every time you push past the voice that says “I can’t,” you prove that you can. You train patience, grit and resilience. You remind yourself that you can endure discomfort and still finish strong. That lesson shows up in your work, your family life, even in how you show up for yourself.
Lagree is hard. And that’s exactly why it works. Growth lives in challenge. Transformation lives in effort. Every shake, every tiny victory, every time you push past what you thought was your limit. It all adds up. And suddenly, you’re stronger than you were yesterday, in body and in mind.
So yes, it’s hard. And yes, sometimes it’s uncomfortable. You’ll sweat, shake and maybe even swear under your breath a little. But on the other side of that effort is strength, clarity and a sense of accomplishment that’s impossible to find anywhere else. And that’s the point. Because the reward isn’t just a better body — it’s a better you.
We do hard things. And we’re better for it.
